We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, though popular dates like bank holidays and the summer wedding season can fill up months ahead. The sooner you book, the more likely your preferred date is available.
All our packages include delivery, professional setup, a dedicated booth attendant for the duration of your hire, props, instant digital sharing, custom overlays or frames, and full pack-down. There are no hidden extras.
The 360 booths require a flat area of approximately 3m x 3m. Selfie booths need around 2m x 2m. LED numbers can fit into most spaces. We'll always check your venue details before confirming to make sure everything fits perfectly.
Yes! We're based in Coventry and cover the entire UK. Travel is free within 30 miles. For events further afield, a small travel supplement may apply, which we'll confirm in your quote.
Guests can instantly share their content via QR code to their phone, AirDrop, text or email. We also provide you with a full online gallery of all photos and videos from the event within 24 hours.
Absolutely! We create custom overlays, photo frames and video templates to match your event theme, colours, or branding. Just let us know your vision and we'll design it for you at no extra cost.
Yes, we ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept bank transfer and all major payment methods.
We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate a new date at no extra charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund minus the deposit.
